Just Imagine...
• Cleaner emissions
• Many more miles between services
• Much lower cost in services to the engine
• Low noise
• Low manufacturing cost
• Low material cost
• Low maintenance cost
• Far fewer parts in simple valve mechanism
• Can be used on any combustion engine, big or small
• Low power required for rotary valve operation
• No limit to the speed that the head can run at
• No engine smash up at high revs ( nothing protruding the stroke area)
• Engine will run at 3 times the normal speed with 3 times the power
• Able to run faster burning fuels
• Smoother
• Higher efficiency
• High air flow
• High torque/power
• Alternative fuel compatibility
• Simple cylinder head
• No costly change in manufacturing line of the existing engine block
• Shorter assembly time
• Simpler system causes less trouble
• Good gas flow
• No valve bounce
• Runs with all Programmable engine computers
• You can use carbureter or fuel injection
• Can use turbochargers and super chargers
• Turbochargers and super chargers can do a lot more
• Use all engine management systems of today
• Able to miniaturise the 4 stroke engine by a long way
• True variable valve timing is possible
• Faster strip down times and rebuild times
• Safer and much more reliable
• Engine blocks that are out today can be converted
You might ask how can you get all this from one idea but don’t forget this has been a project of
mine for 12 years or more and I’m now building the prototype that will bring all this to reality. In my opinion the
engine went the wrong way in the beginning when it was invented and all people have done is to perfect the problems with the
conventional head of today and not solved them. For 12 years I have perfected the way it should have been in the beginning,
and believe me this is going to bring so much to all types of applications, for example trains and any plant equipment, all
types of transport. We will be laughing at the way the engine is just now, one day wherever you find the combustion engine
you will find my cylinder Head.
